The Final Multimedia Experience "Tumblr"

This final project was great! I focused my project on my journey to Ancient Egypt which is a place that has fascinated me since childhood. I managed to get through all of the tools of Tumblr (chats, video, texts, audio, photo, quote, and links). I worked hard and I prevailed! Google Reader and Tumblr

I would think these both of these tools would come very natural for me as a Librarian, but quite the opposite. Google Reader took a while for me to figure out and I'm still not sure if I am quite doing it the correct way or not. Tumblr was a lot simpler to user for me. Using Google News and Google Reader I found pertinent articles but having so many articles is rather overwhelming. My NYC Writing Project Summer Journey Thus Far

My role as a School Media Specialist is purely one of referral and demonstration. Meeting with students on various levels throughout the day can be a bit challenging when comes to deciding what is the best technology tools for everyone.
